The long-awaited Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Placer County Conservation Plan (PCCP) was released on May 23, 2020 and the public is invited to provide comments to the County of Placer during the 90 day comment window. The PCCP, if approved, will significantly change the way that land builds-out in Placer County. AEL will schedule a webinar soon to explain the EIS process and the potential impacts that the PCCP will have on the environment and species survival.
