Event Description

Join botanist Gale Rankin for a stroll along the boardwalks and trails of Truckee Donner Land Trust’s Lower Carpenter Valley. This is a mostly level 5.5 mile out-and-back walk. We will explore the trailside wildflowers while viewing the extensive meadows, fens, springs and beautiful vistas of this special conservation property, located just minutes from downtown Truckee.
