Event Description

Will Placer County introduce urban park amenities, including 700,000 sq. ft of parking, lighting, street widening and turn outs,  wells and water retention facilities, bike and equestrian ways, bridges, fishing lakes and rest rooms for an estimated 1,000 daily visitors into the oak woodland preserves and rural ranch and agricultural community west of Hwy 49 near Bell Road?

Please view the attached document for information on the Town Hall Forum taking place on Tuesday, October 6th regarding the Hidden Falls Regional Park Expansion Project.
Ways to Participate:
Community members may attend in person or submit questions via zoom. Those persons whom attend in person will have the opportunity to place their questions on designated cards to be read by the meeting facilitator.
In person participation:
Physical distancing requirements will be in place for in-person attendance. Face coverings will be provided for attendees. Approximately 20 people will be able to enter the meeting room at a time. There will be audio speakers in the waiting area, outside of the meeting room, allowing attendees to listen to the meeting while waiting for their time to enter.

The Planning Commission hearing on this project was continued to October 22 in order to give interested persons more time to learn about the proposed reduced project and to provide input.
