Event Description

Join Nevada Native Plant Society wildflower enthusiasts, Emma Wynn and Charlie Duncan on a stroll at Tahoe Meadows Interpretive loop around wet meadows, past dry slopes and through forest on a trek to see a diversity of wildflowers including lupines, elephant’s-head, monkeyflowers, and more.

Please meet by the building/structure parking lot at the Tahoe Rim Trailhead about half a mile southwest from the Mt. Rose Summit Parking area along SR 431. The nearly flat, 1.3 mile, trail is easy to navigate. More information will be sent out to participants closer to the date of the hike.

If you have any questions about the walk, please reach out to Emma ([email protected]).
