The event is finished.

Date

Jun 03 2022

Time

9:00 am - 1:30 pm
Event Description

Join Tahoe Institute for Natural Science (TINS) for a wildflower ramble along the Lower Sagehen Creek trail, just north of Truckee, on June 3rd from 9 am – 1:30 pm PT. This is an easy, relatively flat trail with about a 5 mile loop, and is likely to be the lowest-elevation hike of the Tahoe Wildflower Big Year. We will take our time examining the rich wildflower diversity as we stroll through a diversity of habitats.

Here is a trail guide you can download and read beforehand.

Registration is required.
